We had our 3rd Annual Valentine’s Couples Banquet last Saturday. This was probably our best one. The food worked well, the decor was nicer and people seemed to have more fun. I made all of the food from scratch, even the Manicotti shells, which were crepes. Thankfully it was all very tasty. I have to say, God smoothed a lot of things out for me. I’m very grateful to Him. The whole thing was very fulfilling for me, very tiring too, but worth it!
