I had a hankerin’ for some pumpkin pie! I had my parents over for dinner tonight and decided tonight was the night for pumpkin pie – but why not make it a bit more interesting? Soooo, I had these little brioche type tartlette tins and thought they might jazz things up and voila! They did! The pie was pretty good too!
Sure hit the spot! The perfect ratio of crust to pie… yum!
To make dessert course even better, my mom brought over cannoli. Oh My!
(Pumpkin pie was the simple pie in a can that I had on hand from last year. Ahh, memories.)
