Wow, I can’t believe it’s Thursday night! Where did the week go? It seems I was just mapping out the week and now it’s almost over! Well, here’s an update…
I baked, and baked, and baked. And crafted. and baked. 🙂 First off, I finished part of the Christmas presents I will be mailing tomorrow.
I was able to make some cookie deliveries today (finished baking late last night). I ended up with 6 varieties – Pizzelles, Snowballs, Ossi (bones), Ginger Raisin rounds, Fairy drops and White Chocolate/Cherry Biscotti… whew!
Last but not least I finished the customer birthday candle cake and delivered it this evening! I’m pretty happy with how it came out!
I still have a few things to go… prepare packages to mail, another little craft, icing the flag sugar cookies tonight and designing Christmas card-yikes!… well, maybe I’ll wait until the morning – I think the 2 and 3 am nights are catching up to me! 🙂
