I have been thinking about St. Patrick’s day – haven’t you? 😉 It was about 10 years ago (wow) I found this recipe on BHG’s site (here) for St. Patrick’s Day cupcakes. I was looking for something “green” to bring to the office for my boss’s birthday. His birthday falls on March 17th and guess what – he is of Irish decent. Funny hu? I made the cupcakes every year I was there, for the whole department, and they always went over really well. Well… I liked them! Moist and tasty, and a great color for this upcoming holiday! I hope you’ll try them. Let me know if you do and how they turn out!
I had fun taking some photos of this weekend’s batch. I made a little shamrock accented mini cupcake stand for the “shoot” too. Fun-fun.
