2011 Recap: Wedding Designs

Wow, didn’t realize there would be this many sub categories of Recaps. I was going to gang some of the miscellaneous graphic design projects I’ve done with weddings but when I started getting into it I knew weddings would have to be on it’s own. It’s been a fun and crazy year, but I’m blessed, humbled and honored to have worked with such wonderful clients. Most of these designs I’ve printed and prepared. It’s not what I usually do but I enjoy it on a limited basis. I have started 2012 off with a bang and I look forward to what craziness it will bring. Hope you’ll join me for the ride. It’s more enjoyable with company!

First, I must thank Laura and Megan of Events in the City DC. Most of these designs were for them. They and many of their clients put their trust in me to create the perfect design for their most special day!

I was so excited to recently find out that their wedding was featured in the Washingtonian Bride & Groom magazine, and listed us in the details! I’m in a magazine! 😀Thanks to timmesterphoto.com for the photo of the magazine!

To celebrate the Groom’s English heritage, the reception tables were named after stops on the London Underground. I created the poster using the actual Underground Map that I edited and added the guests names to their respective tables.

This wedding was held at a Vineyard – love… instead of table numbers they used wine bottles! again I say … love!
